Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bytrishco.com. Be sure to include photos, your order number, and a description of the issue so we can make it right. We’ll work quickly to resolve it with compassion and care.
Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary.
Exceptions
Certain items - like sleep aids, aromatherapy, and personal care products - may be non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. All eligibility will be reviewed transparently and with your well-being in mind.
